The complimentary afternoon tea was a great touch and the spa services were top-notch. The location was very convenient and easy to get to. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which was appreciated.
The check-in process was slow and frustrating. There seemed to be confusion and disorganization which impacted our experience. Additionally, the prices for everything were quite high, making it difficult to fully enjoy all the amenities. this stay had its ups and downs.

Spent my Christmas at a fantastic resort! There were so many great things about my stay. The buffet had a great variety of delicious food, and the wait staff was always smiling and ready to help. We received two complementary gifts upon arrival and the location was perfect, right by the beach! One of the best things was the water activities available, I spent so much time kayaking and paddleboarding in the blue waters.
Although my stay was fantastic, there were a few issues that could be improved. The advertised poolside restaurant had very limited hours, and we found that the dining options overall were quite expensive. Additionally, transportation off the resort was quite limited and we found ourselves having to walk to a nearby gas station for some items. Despite this, it was still a great stay overall and I would definitely go back.

We recommend this hotel, our stay was very nice. We had a great ocean view. The staff were friendly people. Wonderful base for snorkeling. Besides, harrington sound lake is 15 minutes' drive away.
